Story of the San Francisco Street design

This San Francisco embroidery pattern is inspired by the iconic architecture of the beautiful Californian city. To best capture all the small details, we chose to concentrate on the contours as opposed to the coloring.

However, you can still choose to fill out with colors in your own interpretation. That is just one thing that we love about modern hand embroidery: The freedom to personalize any design!

Even though this San Francisco embroidery pattern looks highly advanced with the small details, the adventurous beginner will still be able to successfully embroider it. The most important to think about is to work one line at the time. When you only see the final result it can easily get overwhelming. Thus, instead work your way around the design line by line, stitch by stitch.
